    hello

I have a big issue with cache when I post a new article that never shows up. I waited for a whole week and nothing happened, reduced the time to clear the cache to an hour and nothing happened, manually cleared the cache from nginx files and nothing happened I cleared all the cache from within the extension and nothing happened. Only in one case the site is permanently updated only when I am logged into the WordPress dashboard and when I log out the site returns as it was

Please help me, this is a problem that affects my profits very much

    i use last v. W3 Total Cache

    Hello @iqbrb

I’ve checked your website and as I can see you have multiple layers of caching.
    W3TC Page Cache, Cloudflare, x-origin-cache-control, and x-ezoic-cdn:
This means that if you purge the W3TC cache, the other caches, will remain so you also need to purge those too.
Can you please temporarily disable W3 Total Cache and see if the issue persists so we can narrow this down
    THanks!

How do I empty them, knowing that I have already cleared all the cache through cloudflare and nothing has changed.

    Thank you for caring

    Hello @iqbrb

    Thank you for your feedback.
You can purge the Cloudflare cache in the W3 Total Cache Dashboard or the top admin bar Performance>Pyrge Modules>Cloudflare: All, that is if the Cloudflare is connected with W3 Total Cache via the Cloudflare extension in Performance>Extenions.
As for the other caching layers, you should do this on your server and in the x-ezoic-cdn dashboard.
Please let me know if the problem persists when W3TC is disabled.
    Thanks!

    Hello @iqbrb

Just to confirm, the problem persists when W3 Total Cache is disabled?
    Thanks!

Thank you, the problem has been resolved. I have another question, how do I choose how to choose the automatic time to delete the cache

Also what does it mean Garbage collection interval ?

    Hello @iqbrb

    Thank you for your feedback.
Can you please share how you resolved the problem?
There is no option to schedule cache purge in W3 Total Cache. Once any post or article is published the cache is purged automatically, and what you are asking can only be done programmatically by calling w3tc_flush_all
The Garbage collection interval option is used to delete the _old files. Those files are created once the cache is purged, and the _old files are then deleted after a GC interval.

    Thanks!
