could you please share a screenshot to understand better what kind of error it is?
I tested on my end and it works without any problem also in a multisite and with the plugin activated in whole network.
I have the same error, when I activate the plugin my main page loses the format.
I have WP + DIVI + WooCommerce + Stripe, etc.
Please try:
– to activate the default theme Twenty and see if the problem persists
– open the source of the page (view source and not inspector), scroll down to the end of the code and see if there is </html> tag. If not, maybe there is some server error. To see is, activate the WP_DEBUG mode from the wp-config.php and repeat the process to see the error.
If you can also share a screenshot, it could help as well.

Thanks for your help. I decided to download another plugin instead. No issues. Too many people reporting problems with this plugin. Hope you work out the kinks.
I’d want to know what issues you and also the “many people” are complaining so I can work on and fix them 🙂 I don’t have any issue on my end.
