Homepage permalink messed up

Hello,

I got a little problem with the homepage permalink. I don’t know why it happened but it happen after I install akismet and Jetpack.

The problem is:
At first my homepage link is just http://gedungemas.com.my

Then now it became http://www.gedungemas.com.my/?v=75dfaed2dded

This /?v=75dfaed2dded seem to bugging me a lot. The major problem is this
/?v=75dfaed2dded seem to be in every page.
Example:
http://www.gedungemas.com.my/faqs/?v=75dfaed2dded

This can’t be fix in Dashboard – Setting -Permalink
