Hook Cache

First, many congratulations to the plugin.

see if you can help me please:

I’m using this plugin, to do bulk editing, pricing, names, stocks:

but changes are made outside the product page, see:

This way the cache is not being cleaned on the front end products.
they said that we need to create a HOOK update_post_meta …..
Can you help me with this? what can I do?
