why doesn’t flexible shipping work out shipping costs on subscription renewal and only base on parent order ?

what hooks can i use to force a re-check to calculate shipping costs ?

we change shipping rules when adding more products and since old subscribers are not on the new rules they are paying old prices…

we need a way to regenerate shipping costs
