Hook to change URL when using Target URL Rotation

    Hi,

    I developed a plugin to track affiliate earnings. My plugin detects affiliate links and adds a tracking param before forwarding the user.

    When Pretty Link is used to cloak affiliate links, I’m using your hook ‘prli_target_url’, to add the tracking param.

    But it seems, that this hook is not called, when your Target URL Rotation feature is used. Is that a bug or is there another hook I have to use instead?
