Hook Tutor LMS registration

    I resolved by add BECOME AS ISTRUCTOR button after the registration.

    On this way also if i register with different role, after link on the Theme dashboard to the Course Tutor dashboard, im able to become an Istructor and jump in the Tutor database too.
