Hooking text from Advanced Custom Fields field

Hoping you can point us in the right direction. We offer a streaming audio subscription to our customers. Currently, when they view their Favorited tracks on their custom account page, all they can see is the text of slug of their favorite. We would like to also show them the “name” associated with the slug. The missing field from the Favorites on the user-facing page is generated by the Advanced Custom Fields plugin. Specifically it is a sub-field of a repeater field named “name.”

Is their a way for us to show them the text content of that field?
