Hi,
Sorry that you’re having trouble! The only thing that I know of that has caused this previously is a conflict with the Edit Flow plugin. Are you using that plugin by any chance? If so, that is probably what is causing the problem. It is not an issue that WordPoints can fix, it is actually a problem with Edit Flow, but it looks like it might be fixed soon. I’d suggest deactivating Edit Flow temporarily, while configuring WordPoints. Then Edit Flow could be reactivated after you’ve gotten WordPoints set up.
If you aren’t using the Edit Flow plugin, then it may be a conflict with another plugin or theme. If you know how to check your browser’s error console, that might reveal the cause of the issue. Otherwise, you can try deactivating your plugins one by one, and see if the problem goes away after deactivating each one. That will reveal the cause of the problem.
Hi,
Thanks for your answer and sorry for the late reply
Yes I’m using it !
I’m going to try
Great, let me know if you have any further issues.
I am going to be making some changes to WordPoints in the future that will minimize the chances for this kind of conflict with other plugins. I think I’ll also take another look into the code of the Edit Flow plugin, and see if maybe there is a way that WordPoints can circumvent this issue.
Hi, It worked ! Thank you very much
Ok seems great, now I’m trying to work on design to align the name with the pic in leaderboard, any advice for a CSS newbie like me ?
Great!
I think this is what you need for the CSS:
.wordpoints-points-top-users .avatar {
vertical-align: middle;
}
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Well thank you for all your help ! I love your plugin !
I will try this CSS
Have a nice day ! 🙂
