Horizontal form and centering it

    I created a MC4WP form and added the shortcode into my elementor webpage.
    Check the bottom of my website http://piranhas.be/piranhas2/
    Now I got an issue that form is displayed on left side.
    I want the e-mail field and submit button to be in 1 line and align it center.
    Any idea how to fix this.
    Any help is much appreciated.

    Dear Lap, I came across this article. But it is not working for me.
    I can’t even seem to find the CSS Styles Builder in MC4WP plugin. So no luck yet getting it right. Hope someone’s out there to help me out here.

    If you are using the free version of our plugin you would need to write your own CSS code, the styles builder is part of the Premium add-on.

    Writing custom CSS code is out of scope for our free support.
