horizontal menu

Hello,

I am ( trying to ) make my first wordpress site, http://www.meetinglife.nl .
It looks good in Firefox , but when I visit the site on a different pc, using Internet explorer 10 the horizontal menu doesn’t work.
The menu is now vertical in the middle of the screen.
Is there a way to change this?
