We do not have a 1-click install option that creates all the pages, we feel that it’s more important for users to be able to create them when and where necessary.

I totally disagree with this review. They provide enough documentation and even I was able to set it up in minutes and I can always rely on the support. Service goes beyond my expectations to give you an example I have a premium theme that had some issues with this plugin.
The service asked me to send me the theme so they can fix it in the next update which they did. While in fact this is not a problem caused by this plugin they fixed it so I can fully enjoy their plugin.
So again, this review is not based on true facts more personal lack of knowledge.
