Horrible support

    Similar to other reviews, their support is horrible. Have raise issues on the theme response but keep repeating “no wordpress theme comes with pre-optimized”. I don’t expect to pay for an non-optimized theme and ask a developer to optimize for it. Avoid.

    Their customer support is nonexistent. I made a duplicate purchase and asked for a refund. It’s a simple request that would not take much time to resolve, yet I have been waiting more than a month. They keep telling me that my query has been passed to their team, but I’ve given up on ever hearing from anyone.
