HORRIBLE!! NON-EXISTENT TECH SUPPORT!

    I purchased The Events Calendar Pro to augment the standard version that came with my #themefusion theme – November 30, 2020 – Black Friday Sale at $179. Worse money spent ever! I have been trying, and failing miserably, since then to get support to customize it for our WordPress Multisite. Now a year later they promptly dare to auto renew at full price on November 30, 2021. I have since been requesting a refund. I keep getting the same auto response that they’ll be in touch between “24 and 48 hours”. Well 48 hours has long expired!! I want my money back on the current $299 charge to my credit card, as well as the original $179 I wasted a year ago!!! DO NOT BUY PRO. Tech Support is horrible, a nightmare!!

    Next stop, I’ll be writing ThemeFusion, the #1 WordPress theme, and supplier whom I 100% unconditionally trust. They, by contrast, provide impeccable support – prompt and reliable. They need to know the nightmare The Events Calendar Pro is, as many here attest. ThemeFusion must remove The Events Calendar as a plug-in they integrate and thereby endorse!
