The plugin calls a javascript file in pf.php from http://cdn.printfriendly.com/printfriendly.js.

Why is this file not included with the plugin? With it hosted on an outside server and called in this fashion we can’t set the lifetime for this cacheable resource and are penalized in site benchmarks as a result.

There’s a no javascript option in the Plugin settings.

Thanks. Found it. Disabled the javascript.
It appears to still function the same though.
Should I notice any difference?

That option wont work on password protected websites.
