Hosted Plugin Upgrades

I have a plugin hosted, SmugPress and it’s SVN repository is svn.wp-plugins.org/smugpress. I’ve tagged a couple of releases 0.2 and 0.2.1 and updated the readme file. However, the wordpress site isn’t updating. Am I doing something wrong?
