Hosting moving to multiple IP’s

Hi,
Our shared hosting providing it starting to split our hosting over multiple IP addresses. We have a subscription to middle of 2020 for your plugin, and would like to if possible, use the account on more than one IP. Is there a way that we can do this with out current subscription. I factor costs into our hosting for our clients and am trying to avoid incurring additional costs whilst maintaining the spam filtering on multiple IP’s?
