Hosting problem

    Hi I had my website at a web agency but they have now shut down everything and I do not know what to do .. I can not log in or anything at all how do I move everything without logging in?

    *do you possession have any older backup copy of the database and files?
    *do you have ownership control of the webhosting account?
    *do you have ownership control of the domain name?

    I dont have any of it 🙁 I didnt get a log in besides lyckabys.se/wp-admin but I cant log in there now either :/

    *sounds like the web agency was the owner of the domain name and access to files and database.

    *consider if there any possible way for you to get in contact with a manager or owner of the web agency to make arrangements to get access to the control of the domain name, files and database and be able to set up your website independent of the web agency.

    Just a side note for anyone about to “me, too” on this: When you’re hiring someone to build a web site, make sure you are the one paying directly for hosting, directly for any plugins and themes, and directly for the domain. Otherwise, your site can be disappeared or held hostage.
