Hours not working correctly?

    Hi there!
    I’m trying to display my countdown timer and it doesn’t appear the hours are working correctly. It just says 00. It’s about noon here October 19th, 2015.

    Here’s a screenshot of the timer:

    and here’s the code I’m using:

    I’m trying to get it to count down to 7:00 pm, October 28th, 2015.

    Am I doing something wrong?

    you will need to provide a link to your page. 90% of the time there is a JS error on your page, or multiple versions of jQuery being loaded.
    If you can not share a link to your page, then please google basic WordPress Troubleshooting.
    Switch to a default Twenty-Something Theme to make sure it’s not theme related.
    Turn off all plugins to make sure it’s not a plugin conflict.
    one-by-one turn on the plugins and test to find the conflict.
