Hover effect visible and reversed before hovering

    I inherited a site with this plugin and first thing I learned about was a bug.
    The hover effect is supposed to be invisible on load. But as you can see, the text and button are visible – and reversed – even before hovering over it. This is in the full-size desktop/laptop layout only. It does not appear on small screens (phones).
    I went through all of the settings and could not find a solution. The developers used WPBakery Page Builder for the layout. Please take a look and tell me how to solve this.

    I am sorry for this. I visited your site and nothings fount with my plugins. maybe you delete my shortcode or else.
