Does it work correctly on a default theme?
We have heard of this before and have tried looking into the issue but have not been able to reproduce it. So it is likely something coming from the theme. With that said, I would still like to figure out what exactly it is that is causing it.
Yes it does work on default theme. It was working until the theme update just fine.
I am willing to try anything and work with you do solve this.
Thanks!
Ok so it sounds like a theme issue then. Have you reached out to the theme authors?
I just tried however I would have to purchase support from ThemeIsland. We are a school with not a lot of extra $ for this kind of thing.
Is there any CSS you can think of that I could try tossing in?
Thanks again!
I’m sorry I really am not sure. The problem with it being a theme issue is that it could be ether a CSS issue or a JS issue and I wouldn’t be able to tell without knowing what they have changed.
I just noticed something that might help troubleshoot. The gap between the event title in grid and the popup will change depending on if you have scrolled your mouse wheel up or down and how many times.
(I am using Chrome) If you go to the page there is no gap at first. If you scroll your mouse wheel down one click the gap gets a little bigger. If you scroll twice it gets a little bigger again. If you scroll up one click the gap gets smaller. Etc…
Does this help at all?
Thanks
Again, I can’t really say what is going on here since it is coming from the theme. I would just suggest checking out the JS files and/or CSS files to see what could be causing it.
Bummer. The Theme author won’t help because it’s a third party plugin and the plugin author can’t help because it’s a theme issue. So I guess I am SOL here 🙁 Between a rock and a hard place. I don’t know Java at all and I have tried everything I can think of with CSS.
Did you tell the theme author that the issue only started happening with their recent update? I don’t see why they wouldn’t help if it is clearly a theme issue.
