Hover light blue on mobile button

In desktop version i have no problem.
In mobile version, when i push on all button (use chrome mobile) i have a light blue hover on button. It happen when i set a link alto on a title or on a word..
If i set a padding on button, hover appear also out of button on blank form of it!

There is a solution with css code or is a know problem?
I read some post about this but solution whit :focus outline 0 don’t work in my case!!!
