Hover link colors in header

I made a dark purple header in Neve, and changed the menu text color to white.
But the link and rollover color in the menu is a dark blue, which doesn’t show up against the dark purple background.
I cannot for the life of me figure out where I can set the link and hover colors for just the menu. I can see where I set the text color to white, but there doesn’t seem to be a choice for the link/hover color. Obviously I don’t want the overall site link or hover colors to be white, only in the menu.
