In your case best practice will be to combine two images into one and add it as css background, and move on hover… But this method is difficult for most users!

i’m getting a error the icon and the hover/mouse over icon are both visible next to each other.
As each theme have a different style, I added only the basic overall style (it work for twenty twelve horizontal main menu), and sometimes will have to manually fix some style.

In future I try to write right style for most cases.

Great Plugin- but i have one problem: it would be great if the menu with the titles could be like one list, and the linked images for each title would all appear in the same place on another part of the screen (e.g right). Is there a possibility to edit the position of the images ?
