I want to switch the hover effect from the default style to the one with a sliding panel from the bottom of thumbnails (caption slides up). I saw it in a demo but can’t locate it in my settings.

Which section controls this hover preset, and does it depend on the gallery layout (Fusion vs classic)?

If it requires a specific template, please tell me which one to select.

Thanks for your question. You can change hover effects in both the classic gallery layouts (Grid, Masonry, Mosaic) and the newer Fusion Grid layout.

To configure the sliding caption effect:
    1. Open your gallery settings.
    2. Go to the Hover Settings section.
    3. There you’ll find different hover presets and animation styles.

    Please note that:
    * Classic Grid and Fusion Grid have different sets of hover effects.
    * Some hover animations are available only in specific layouts, so the exact preset list depends on the gallery type you selected.

The “caption slides up from the bottom” effect is usually available in Fusion Grid and some classic grid layouts as one of the hover presets. If you’d like, send us the demo link or screenshot of the effect you want to reproduce, we’ll gladly tell you the exact gallery type and hover settings needed.
