Hover then text pops up plugin?

    I can’t seem to find a basic plugin that would open a popup box with text in it. The purpose of use is in a FAQ. Informational references are used in this FAQ. Rather than open a new tab with the information reference from the external link and site would appear, I would like that text on the site in a popup box that would appear if the user decides to click on it.
    Your help appreciated.
