Hovering Causes Page Jump

    Hi there!

    I noticed a strange behavior on the final step of the checkout. When I hover over either the “Place Order” button or the “Previous” link, the page does a strange jump to the top.

    I’m wondering if you have a way to fix this.

    UPDATE: Nevermind. I had smooth scrolling CSS applied to my html. When I removed it, the strange jumping behavior stopped.
