How about some support docs.

    Support docs would be helpful. If you have them I can’t find them.

    Spent a stressful 20 minutes trying to figure out why my custom URLs would not save. Then I realized I have to press enter on my keyboard before I click the save button. A simple how-to would have prevented the anger I felt about your plugin.

    The pro plugin is great. It really solved a lot of problems for me. And is simple to use once figured out.

    If you have support docs, make them easier to find. If you don’t have support docs, make some. The plugin is not that difficult to use, but it does require certain steps to be followed that are not all the intuitive.

    Just my 2 cents.

    Thank you for your feedback. I completely agree that documentation is a must, and it is currently being worked on, along with some guides.

    I do not check this forum on a regular basis, so replies might be slow at times.
    As a Pro user, you can get email support, so if you ever have any questions, just use the Contact page in the Sidebars menu on your site, or visit https://dev.institute/contact/.

    As for the URL condition, the reason you need to press Enter (or click on the dropdown item), is that you can add multiple URLs to the same group. This will of course be explained in the documentation too.

    Also, I while I try to make the UI as easy to use as possible without sacrificing functionality, I do understand that it might sometimes be intuitive at first. Any feedback on how to improve the experience is greatly appreciated.

    I am glad you will add support docs. You have a great plugin. Especially for those using buddypress and bbpress. My theme does not allow much sidebar customization. Your plugin solved everything. Money well spent.
