How block privat event?

    Hi
    I have these settings:
    -Guests can book 90 days in advance
    -Guests can reserve a maximum of 20 people
    I would now like to add (for the restaurant-crew):
    -Enter a closed event in 120 days
    -and block the time from 12:00 to 15:00 for 100 people
    How can I do that?
