Hello @elsoar, you set any folder or any path with the storage options. “You can this on Backup will be stored on:” > View settings and select that integration. Once integrated, you’ll see the backup path/folder. See these screenshots – https://imgur.com/a/goL5kpc

It seems that my question was not clear, I mean that I want to add a folder to be among the folders that will be in the backup, and this folder is outside the WordPress folder.
Example of this folder:
public_html/folder/
As you may already be aware, when I contacted them by email, they replied: “Due to extremely low usage, we have deprecated this setting. I apologize for the inconvenience.”
It’s quite inconvenient, unfortunately…
