How can I delete wordpress?

I installed wordpress to http://www.vcam-bim.com/wordpress by mistake not realizing the implications. I need it to be at http://www.vcam-bim.com but the instructions for moving it are frankly incomprehensible on this and every other site I’ve visited. So I’ve taken a screen grab of all pages and want to delete all content AND wordpress and then reinstall wordpress top the correct location and re-build from scratch. Is this possible? Any help gratefully recieved. Thanks.
