Multi language Multi category blog & book how

    Hello
    I m new in wordpress
    I want to build a page which have below feature
    1. Site hase three language
    2. There are 06 menus/categories
    3. Each categories has blog and pdf books
    4. When I click on any menu, it will show related blog and books and that will be based on the language.
    5. Say there are 10 books on 5 blogs in arabic on category A, 6 books and 8 blogs in english on category A, 9 books and 11 blogs in arabic on Category B. So if I click on A, it will show 5 blogs, 10 book list and 03 book cover as scroll.
    Plz help me how can I do this.
