Hi,
Thanks for contacting us! Currently with the minification features, it’s not possible to only disable minification / merging for specific pages, unlike the Page Cache features.
Based on the description of the issue, it sounds like we should need to just exclude all of the Gravity Forms Javascript from minification and merging.
If you visit WP-Optimize > Minify > Advanced there should be a list of processed Javascript files, with a “show more information” link beside each minified file. If you click this it will display all of the original Javascript files that were minified / merged and you can exclude them from being processed. I would recommend looking through the list of processed files and excluding any that are for Gravity forms.
Hopefully once these are all excluded the forms on all of these pages will start working as expected.
Let me know how it goes!

Thanks for this info. I’ve looked into it – and see that the Javascript option is turned off already for Minify. CSS files are being merged and minified. I haven’t touched those.
Your advice on this much appreciated.
Hi,
Thanks for confirming that. Checking the page I do see that there isn’t any WP-Optimize minification happening. However when I check the browser console I do see a series of errors in regards to Paypal. Is this the only payment processor used for these forms?
As another quick test, if you temporarily deactivate WP-Optimize do the errors in the browser console go away / allow successful form submission?
Thank you!

Hi, Yes PayPal is the only payment processor used. Could you send me a picture of the errors you’ve found please? I’m not able to check errors in the browser console.
Many thanks

Hi, I did as you suggested and the errors appeared to remain the same. So it’s a PayPal thing? Perhaps coupled with Safari?
Hi,
Just to confirm you tested with WP-Optimize temporarily deactivated and the issues persisted?
The errors that I’m seeing in the console could definitely be part of the issue with the forms not submitting properly. The error I’m seeing is an HTTP error 422 which means unprocessable content. Hopefully if you are able to get those errors cleared up the forms will work as expected!

Sorry, I seem to be down a rabbit hole with this one. Our server provider says it appears to be a licensing or API-related error based on the console logs. Our web developer says PayPal buttons are up to date and there is no API key to regenerate, it’s done by a validated webhook which is shown to be working.
Hi,
Very strange that we’re seeing those errors in the console if the Paypal side of things should be working. I just need to double check, when WP-Optimize is disabled does the form submission work successfully or do you still run into errors?
Thanks!
It’s been a while since we heard from you. I am closing the ticket but please feel free to reach out if you have any further concerns.
