The first booking is fine but after I try to book another excursion It shows me the first booking I made how can I fix that ?

What booking plugin are you using?

That looks like the commercial plugin Tourmaster to me. I would therefore recommend that you contact their support with your request: https://codecanyon.net/item/tour-master-tour-booking-travel-wordpress-plugin/20539780/support – questions about commercial products cannot be answered here in the forum.
