How can I remove hidden fields

I am using CleanTalk and while connecting my website with HubSpot, upon extracting information from the contact us form, I keep getting several hidden fields, which include mainly garbage.

I have tried the steps recommended in this thread https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/exclude-cleantalk-on-specific-form/ – but with no results.
