How can Maintenance stop reboot

    Dear SIrs,

    We found two cases
    1. update other plugins (e.g. ” Session”) the production site (recyclingfund.hk) or preview site (preview-recyclingfund.hkpc.org) which will shut down for 4 mins and shown maintenance page https://snipboard.io/U5eNE4.jpg
    2. when Monsterinsight plugin (used for hook Google Analystics) being active in our production site (recyclingfund.hk) , Maintenance will shut down the website for 10 mins every day two times in Hong Kong Time 16:42 p.m. and 04:42 a.m. (under scheduled maintenance)

    which bring our client complaint on it because the website is owned by government department and should now allow to shut down frequency

    We try to inactive your “Maintenance” plugin , but it keep on working .

    (1) Would you mind study what course the maintenace shut down the website and
    (2)How to avoid this shut down happened again (even we kept monsterinsight active again) ?

    Hi,

    That message is generated by WordPress core itself, not by our plugin, so it isn’t something we can control directly.

    WordPress temporarily shows this notice while it is running updates or performing background maintenance tasks. Under normal conditions, it only appears for a few seconds and then disappears automatically.

    If the message remains visible for several minutes or appears frequently, it usually indicates that the server is under heavy load or has limited resources, causing maintenance tasks to take longer than expected. In that case, the recommended solution is to review the hosting environment and consider upgrading to a more performant server configuration.

    If you’d like, your hosting provider should be able to confirm whether resource limits are being reached during these operations.
