How can subscribers update their data?

    Hi,

    I checked the documentation and this forum and didn’t find information on how subscribers can update their data such as their email address, name, etc..

    Is there an “update my data” link that can be added in campaigns enabling subscribers to update the data by themselves?

    Hi @sankari,

    Thank you for sharing your concern!

    Currently, it is not possible to make changes from the subscriber’s end. However, we have noted this as a feature request, and if there is enough user demand, we will consider adding it in a future release.

    In the meantime, as an admin, you can manually update subscriber data from the plugin’s audience page. Simply navigate to Icegram Express -> Audience.
