In topbar Maintenance in ON, but in Maintenance page there isn’t a button to turn off. I’m administrator

It should be at the top of the page like in this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/iXbFPpEgPFtL
If not maybe some other plugin is overwriting our CSS 🙁
