How do I create clients?

    Hi Support,

    I’d like to create clients and associate tickets with individual clients. How do I do this?

    Hello @myinternetscout

    Please follow the below steps:

    • Create a new WordPress user that will be considered a client.
    • You can create new ticket on behalf of this user

    You may also create a ticket for non-registered users too. For that, you need to enable a guest ticket in the general setting of the plugin.
