Pulling posts from my wordpress.com blog

pull the post from my wordpress.com blog to my hosted wp blog automatically? Is it possible?

I used to blog on wordpress.com and loved the built in community it had. More recently I’ve published my own self hosted blog, but am missing the community that I once had. Is there a way to use the wordpress.com blog that I have and automatically publish my articles to my self hosted blog when I post?
