Sorry for the late reply, I just saw this post (didn’t get any email notification).
There should be a new section that shows up in your Admin Dashboard called “Member Directory”. It will typically be right under the section with Posts, Media, Pages, & Comments.
If you’re not seeing that at all, then some other plugin, or your theme, is somehow preventing it from showing up. Best way to figure that out is by process of elimination. Deactivate plugins one by one and see if the section shows up. If it doesn’t show up with all other plugins deactivated, then something in your theme is conflicting with it. Try temporarily switching to one of the default themes, like Twenty Twelve, to see if it shows up then.
If you figure out a particular plugin that’s causing conflicts, or your theme, give me the name and a link to the plugin, and I’ll install it on my system and see if I can figure out what’s going on .
