How do I allow comments on regular posts?

    In the ‘theme options’ I tried turning on the ‘allow comments on portfolio posts’ but that did not bring the comment box to my ‘regular’ (?) posts…

    In your portfolio post edit page under Discussion check the Allow Comments box. If you don’t see the Discussion box you may need to select it from screen options in the top right of the edit page.
