if you search for a plugin there are quite few backup plugins.
here is one of them
http://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/plugins/backupwordpress/
Thanks for your suggestion. Have downloaded but don’t know how to install the plug in. There folders and a lot of php files. Used to be easy when there were .exe files, but I’m not versed with any of these. Can you help guide me which file to click on to install?
Log in wordpress admin panel
Click on plugins
click on add new
in search box enter backupwordpress
when you see the list of plugins click this one
and click install
click on activate.
You should have backupwordpress plugin installed
It may be in settings or have it on left menu
I don’t see an admin panel, on the left side, I went into Settings and there are many items under Filter Plugins Settings: user level, java script payload, script counter etc.
I clicked on Database Tools – Reinit Plugins and I’m afraid I did something bad. On top it’s saying Disabling RBL Plugin in black (main server offline). Did I mess something up? I did not ‘save new settings’. Shall I get out?
If there is a way for me to send support an email, let me know, so I don’t bother you.
