How do I block other plugins?

    I’m liking the Capability Manager Enhanced plugin but I have a question regarding “Adding Capability” feature.

    I’ve installed a news plugin, to which the author mentions that to block access I would need to restrict access for post type =”News”.

    How might I go about doing this?
