    I installed your plugin to try it, but then removed it. However all the posts that I tinkered with still have “nelioefi-placeholder” as their thumbnail.

    In addition, a db search revealed reveals that there are still 2 rows in the options table, 30 rows in the post_meta table, and 11 rows in the posts table that have the value “nelioefi” in them.

    This may be a good plugin for someone who commits to the idea, but it’s a nightmare for anyone who wants to change their mind about it.

    Hi John!

    Thank you very much for getting in touch. You’re right, the plugin started as a small project and I didn’t implement a mechanism for “cleaning” the database after an uninstall. However, I must say that, originally, we only added the post_meta entries… and so it didn’t seem like a big deal.

    Anyway, I really appreciate your taking time to notice this and I’ll make sure that one of the upcoming updates does include the “clean” functionality.
