Hi opcaawadminwp,
You’re in the right place! You can send any pre-sales questions to us on our contact page, also 🙂
You’re correct — the CSV export feature is available with our Pro (paid) licenses. Excel can then convert it into its own format if you’d like (here’s a tutorial I found with more details on how to do that).
In case it helps, here’s our tutorial on exporting to CSV.
The only thing to note is that WPForms Lite doesn’t store entries to the database, and so only entries collected with our Pro version can be exported to CSV.
I hope this helps! If you’d like more details, please let us know 🙂
Hi Jess,
Thanks for the response. How much does the license for the Pro version cost?
Hi opcaawadminwp,
We have several license levels depending on whether you’re looking for any additional features (CSV exports are available through all of them). Here’s a table that covers prices for all of licenses, as well a full comparison of the features available through each.
Hope that helps! 🙂
We are a small non profit woodturning organization. Is it possible to add an add-on to our package just to pay for one feature, or do we have to buy up to the package that contains that add-on? For example, if all we need is to extract data from the submitted forms using Excel and possibly to allow payment via PayPal, is it possible to pay a separate fee for PayPal without having to bump our annual commitment from $40 to $200?
So I also have some other questions about the plug-in.
In the pro version of WPforms, are there more options to design the form. For example, I have created a form that asks people for their mailing addresses, and the city, state, zip boxes are in successive lines. It would be more efficient use of the space to have them display next to each other on one line. Does the pro-version allow that kind of design tweaking?
If our board does decided to integrate the form with our PayPal account, what information about PayPal needs to be provided to the plug-in for that integration to work? And how is that information secured so that we are not possibly opening up our account information to a hack?
Appreciate your help, Jess.
Hi opcaawadminwp,
Addons are currently not available for individual purchase or swapouts and can only be accessed through their respective license levels. So for the case of the PayPal addon, this requires either the Pro or Ultimate license level.
In terms of form layouts, there is actually a tool available for this in both our Lite and Pro versions — here’s our tutorial on multicolumn layouts.
If you’d also like these layouts to modify themselves to look great on mobile, you can add a class that moves fields into a single column for small screens. Here’s our tutorial for that 🙂
I hope this helps!
