How do I do a database with mydbadmin phpMyAdmin – 2.11.11.3

    I’m so frickin confused! My host has given me access to phpmyadmin but it doesn’t match to the instruction in the installation guide. It from http://www.mydbadmin.co.uk – phpMyAdmin – 2.11.11.3. mysql9.namesco.net

    Can someone give me a guide on how this work please. I’m trying to create a database for me to install wordpress. Or is HOOP001_lhpscouk a database? So where do I find all the necessary information I would need.

    Please can someone help me.
