How Do I Edit With Plain HTML?

    Where can I find a plain HTML editor for my page? I don’t want to use a theme that has already been created. I simply want to edit using plain HTML. I mean no offense to anybody out there who has created the wonderful themes we are given to choose from. I just want to edit my page from the ground up.
