WP Job Manager does not handle the mapping features – those are implemented by your chosen theme. WP Job Manager includes geolocation (outputting longitude and latitude on listings) so themes (or plugins) can map the listings. Are you using a theme that has a mapping feature built-in?
Most themes that include a map have a few extra steps you have to take to set them up. For example:

If you’re having issues with getting the map set up with your theme, please contact your theme’s customer support team.
