Hello,
If the Group column isn’t showing, please go to Settings -> under Columns enable Groups.
If you open Rule settings by clicking on the row, the last item should be “Groups”. If you don’t have any groups created, it will show an empty select, but you can type a group name and click twice tab or on the item that will show below. That will create a new group. You will be able to filter rules by Groups.
About custom taxonomies – at the moment plugin only supports taxonomies in the conditional logic, but next release of Automatic Product Categories Pro (that is planned to be released by Monday) will include taxonomies also in the actions.
